Pedigree records: errors in identification records of imported animals

Abstract

The article provides the classification of misrepresentations of data in pedigree records. The genesis of misrepresentations has been described. Examples of information collisions have been given according to the data from official sources: databases and export certificates. The paper shows the necessity of developing the National pedigree database of federal significance. The arbitration function of the database has been substantiated.
